That would cause #1 Ga to play #4 OKst or ND for a win..
while in other playoff game #3 Cinncy might struggle through a 60 minute game vs #2 Michigan due to size of lines & depth but Bobcats have speed & super WR’ers.

My opinion as to what the most likely scenario will be semifinals will be is:
UGA vs. Cincy
Michigan vs. OK State
I think OK ST, if they win will jump to 3.

Agree, if Michigan and OK st win this week, their resume will push them to 2 and 3, leaving Cincy at 4. Would be the big rematch from last year. But neither UGA or Cincy are close to the teams from last year. Uga stronger and Cincy weaker.

It some weird way, Michigan will find a way to lose to Iowa. It's the Big 10 way... play great one week and then horrible the next week.
1. UGA 13-0
2. Cincy 13-0
3. Ok State 12-1
4. Notre Dame 11-1
UGA over Ok State in final

You say that, and I would normally agree with you, but I won't believe Jawga beat Saban until the clock strikes zero and Dawgs have more points. Until then I still have more faith in the Tide.

I like the grit they’ve showed through some shouldnt-be-this-close games. I think they’ll give UGA the same surprise Auburn gave them. I just don’t expect to see a lot of points.
UGA on the other hand has gotten better on Offense than when we played them and that’s a plus. But they are still running their backup QB because it’s good enough. I don’t think they’ve been pressed. Kentucky, Tenn, Auburn and Arky were strongest predictors and every one of them was Jekyll/Hyde during the season. So it’s hard to draw valuable conclusions.
I’m confident in Alabama’s talent and expect Saban to prepare a plan that’s as good as the one CBV gave them. I’m thinking something like the KB Sugar Bowl result for their O.

UGA won’t slip to 4 if they lose. They will be 3 at worst.
Notre Dame can’t jump anyone that wins. They can overcome an additional statistical positive (win) along with a conference championship. Two teams have to lose for them to get in, and that might not be enough either. Baylor could jump them without much argument.

My exact thoughts. What will the committee do if Baylor does win? 2 loss Bama, 2 loss Baylor with one of those being to OK state. Then there's ohio state.... 2 losses would be an early season loss to Oregon and Michigan. To me all 3 SHOULD get in over Notre Dame if you believe in the "eye" test. I'll go with a mayhem final 4. GA #1 Michigan #2 Cincy #3.... Ohio state #4

I’m sure they were, like all of TNET. TNET has come to accept CU sucks this year if it helps them degrade UGA (best win)…the meltdown this site will have if UGA wins the Natty will be amazing. No more 1980, no more modern era of college football (made up CU thing). They’ll have to accept the fact they are still UGA’s little brother. I cannot wait!

We have played UGA in Athens and Augusta for 41 of our matchups (~64%), 23 have been played in Clemson/Anderson, 1 game was a neutral site game (Charlotte this year).
I suspect our record would be better against UGA, if we played in Death Valley over 60% of the time.

Athens is a whole 12 miles closer to Augusta than Clemson is. How much of a home field disadvantage you gonna give Clemson for this?
