Anyone know much about this website - how good/reliable it is? I know it's a paying site. Anyway, seems they posted a story today of Clemson to SEC rumors. Seems a bit far fetched.

But this a.m. saw him post that us going to B12 is not something he would lay odds on though it's not completely dead yet.

The B12 story is very fluid and has been very back and forth between Clemson and the B12 the last 10 days.
I think in the end Clemson ends up going because it has to, FSU has made it known they'll leave without us and the ACC minus FSU is a dark place for football.

Corey was asked this a.m. of our odds and he said "Not really something I would lay odds on. It's not dead yet."
Another guy told me that Clemson is hesitant but will go if FSU does. Said he feels that yesterday's news from BCS meetings puts the nail in the coffin.

Why else would we have cooled on The Big 12? Also, I had a board member tell me they were considerng "all options", an I am pretty sure that meant ACC, Big 12, and SEC. We will see.

CBS has said they won't compensate the SEC much above what they do now for bringing in Texas A&M and Missouri. Well, if they are not going to compensate the SEC much for them, you know they won't compensate them for us. That leaves the SEC going the "network" route, probably in partnership with ESPN, much like how the Big 10 is doing its network. The fact is that a SEC Network will generate significantly more from cable subscribers in states where there is one SEC team, rather than two. That's why they'll either stay at 14 or add 2 from new states. My guess is that they stay at 14.
