You're right they shouldn't, but they might. Depending on how we tighten up and make adjustments from UNC, we shall see. On the other hand I'm not too worried about the offense. Im truly excited to see how Watson handles himself after he first real week of national recognition. Can't wait to head down after work on friday.

Replay of 2012 in a shootout? I hope not... I'd like to think our D is able to contain them and stop it from being a shootout this year. But, if it is again, we definitely have the tools to win in a shootout.

I see them having a letdown vs. us.
You don't take the #1 team to the ropes and then blow it at home, and not come out flat the next week.
Nc State also hasn't won in Clemson since 2002.

Yea I agree...I think everyone is nervous bc they jumped out on FSU early but once FSU settled in they took control of it...the thing about FSU is they are going to get every single teams BEST shot every single week...teams that know they are only looking at 7-8 wins are prob throwing some gameplanning in for that one the week before. With them being so close to winning that one and us being at home I don't expect it to be super close id say 34-20

I admire your optimism. It will be interesting to see how the Gamecocks rebound after Mizzou stole that one from them (sort of like how it was stolen from Mizzou a year go).
