Our injury build up

Oct 24, 2021, 9:12 PM

Seems to me we are having such significant injury build up that we should assess which schools in the country have the least. OUr coaches and trainers should have an indepth study of WHAT OTHER SCHOOLS are DOING BETTER?
Either in strength, endurance, or the type training an or weights/machines by position type utilized…….included vitamins…everything.
Duke…Wake…Vanderbilt…UNC…UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON….NORTHWESTERN…MICHIGAN…PITTSBURG….
STANFORD….
ARE THE ABOVE MENTIONED SCHOOLS HAVING THE ISSUES WE DO????

Clemson has been able to avoid the injury bug in the past by blowing our opponents in the first half and putting the second and third string and giving the starters a chance to rest and prevent injury.
But this year the team is struggling so the starters have to remain in the entire game increasing the risk for injuries.

Turns out being a bad football team is also bad for player health.

There is no pattern to the injuries

We've seen shoulders, knees, hands, groins, now backs. It's not like we have a ton of hamstring pulls. Just the draw this year

Disagree. There has been a significant increase in ACL-related injuries over the last few years. But agree this years increase of injuries is significant, and is not just ACLs!

Artificial turf + high traction football shoes tears more ACLs than grass and cleats. Just another health fact the NFL does not want anyone to find out.
