Got home from the game today and checked my Facebook and there were all these Gamecoot friends of mine whining about some call that didn't go their way ...in OUR game. I reminded them that Syracuse was holding almost every play in the first half...and to be honest, why wouldn't they hold? It was obvious the refs weren't going to call it. But they completely ignore that and to be honest I don't even know what play they were referring to. Probably something in their own little minds. But honestly, why would they care? I know if Clemson was preparing to play a night game and they had a day game and I saw a bad call...might grumble a little but I would not care enough to put it on Facebook. But that bunch has been whining when things don't go there way since I started paying attention back in the 70s. One was even whining about us rushing the field. Like ..it's not rushing if it's organized and we do it every game.

So many missed holding calls. In particular, the face mask against us early on. Don't recall who it was but he was being held the entire time as he tried to get to the QB. He finally got a hold of Shrader's facemask. Was shocked that it wasn't called both ways.
