He has to stop waiting for guys to get wide open or he will get benched again and alot faster this time. Sad thing is you could see his eyes go to the matchup and then he just wouldn't throw the ball until the wr had already made his move. That's late. He needs to trust his eyes and have more of a gun slinger mentality. Gun shy qbs don't win games and teams with gun shy qbs have to win inspire of their QB. I hope they can get him right out there.
