If Clemson makes the playoffs, and has a choice of Pasadena or New Orleans, which destination would they choose?

The Number 1 team goes to the closest destination. So its the Sugar for us if we finish 1

Whoever is ranked #1 will get the game closest to them, giving them a home-field advantage in theory. If we make it to the playoffs and BAMA hasn't lost, I guess we're headed to Pasadena, as they won't move us over them, which is complete BULL $#*%, considering that we have the best resume out of anyone at this point in the season. The playoff rankings are different from the AP poll though, I'm just a little salty over the AP this week I guess.

If it came out this week, we would be ranked #1 without question. We need to beat Wake first though.

Yeah, I'm sure that we would be ranked #1 in the playoff rankings if it came out today. We should be ranked #1 in the AP poll as well. I can understand dropping to #5 after winning the Natty last year with all the players leaving, but we have proved several times this year that we are just as elite and strong as last year. Last year BAMA was ranked #1 from the get-go, even after their losses on the offensive side of the ball, which shows there is still a huge bias between them and us. In my opinion, we should now be ranked #1 until beaten, Clemson has earned that much.
