The OL problems won't go away in one week. Teams with good pass rushers will give us big problems.
Defense will be good enough to win pretty much every week.
We're due for a "bad" season anyway. It just happens in cycles even with great programs.

Unless we play UGA again, we won't play a defense as good as we just played. Anyone predicting anything off the first game of the season(either way)is just plain STUPID.

This has nothing to do with ONE GAME. This is a culmination of every game we have seen with TE as OC and to some degree Caldwell's O-lines. But, you know, keep putting your head in the sand and beating your chest about how many wins we have over cupcake acc schools or whatever.

UGA displayed. Yes I know they were missing the starters and figured they didn’t need to score again and a whole bunch of other blather. We will see if we can muster an offense. I especially think Pitt will be above average on offense. FSU showing life. I’ll hold off on Nancy until they play Miss State this weekend. BC will be salty.

Our offensive game plan sucks. No window dressing at all. Line up no movement. Run up the middle for a loss on first down. Throw to the perimeter on second down. Roll the quarterback right into the teeth of the defense and get sacked. So predictable. Our offensive game plan sucks!

We have OL problems for sure but our offense always struggles early for whatever reason. UGA may have the best D in the country. We knew about their front 7 going into the game and that they had the potential to wreck our OL. However I am yet to see anything from the OL or the offense for that matter that would lead me to believe we will lose 4 games this year. I could be wrong. We will have to see. If we’re being honest it’s entirely too early to tell a whole lot about this team yet. It’s just like the type of people on this board over the years who see us go 3 and out on the first couple of series of a game and conclude that we are going to lose because our players/coaches suck. It’s pretty short sighted and if you’ve watched football for any amount of time then you know that early season games can be very fickle.

The only way it looks like '14 is with injuries like '14.

Defense is good, but who knows what happens with significant injuries. If DW4 stayed healthy what would '14 have looked like?

We started out 0-2 so no better than 10-2.

Season ticket holder since 2001. Played college football at Presbyterian college 1980 through 1984. Played in a national championship game and lost to Stephen f Austin division 2. So I know a little about college football.
