Texas A&M was holding all night..

Sep 9, 2018, 8:00 AM

The 2 point conversion was about the only time they actually got called and they were doing that the entire game...That is in-part why their QB was about throw all those chunk plays

Ok, so they were holding all night. You can say that about all most all of the teams in both college, and the pros. I have heard that excuse so many times when we are in a close game that should have never been that close to start. Holding happens, and it's never going to change.
But hey look on the bright side. The ref's made up for it by giving us a favorable call at the end of the game.

The ones I am talking about were blatant..

While I agree holding occurs all the time, some of the ones they were getting away with was ridiculous. I would not have brought this up had we lost because it would have come across as sour grapes, but their QB was able to pull off some of those "Amazing" plays thanks to the holds

Holding is one of those things you can call about every play but you call the blatant ones or it just gets progressively worse and worse. By throwing the flag a couple of times, they would have sent a message to A&M to dial it back but they waited until the last minute of the game to send that message.

When O Lineman can tackle D Lineman, it’s hard to act like you can’t see one 300 lbs man laying on top of another 300 lbs man. With that said A&M is a good football team. They will do very well this year and Mond will be one of the top QBs in their league. It was an ugly game but I am happy with a road win. Time to get ready for the next opponent.

Wallace stripped the ball from the A&M receiver and the ball appeared to go over the pylon. The red was right there and he thought it went over the pylon. The video replay official couldn’t tell conclusively from the video angles whether it went over the pylon. The refs didn’t give anything on that play... Wallace did with his effort

Exactly right!

We forced a fumble and it's always 50-50 on a turnover situation. In this case it was a turnover. There's nothing unusual or weird about the touchback rule. It was a close call but so are thousands of situations on any given Saturday.

Call holding correctly and the game changes completely

You’re dumb leftie. Anyone with half a brain could see our d line was having their jerseys pulled all night. Mostly with two fistfuls of Jersey right as they were about to sack Mond. And they still got penetration. aTm had about the luckiest game of their life last night with out guys tipping balls and receivers magically being there.

Also, guarantee our secondary will be practicing extra this week

Worst I've seen. At least 20 times we had them whipped and there was a hold of the shoulder pads or jersey from behind, it was embarrassing for the officials

earlier. Funny but sadly that's how the game seemed to be called. If they call a couple early in the game they quit doing it. Not calling it gives the advantage to the quarterback and the offense. Terribly officiated without a doubt.
