The NWO

screw everyone and just start something different altogether. The best of the best. The new conference will be called the NWO and split into 4 divisions of 10 teams each. You play your 9 divisional opponents and rotate 1 team from the other 3 divisions each year (12 game regular season). 4 division champs are auto qualifiers into playoff plus 4 wildcards that a committee will decide on.

And every stadium is required to play that NWO 4-Life sound/song every time a team enters the field.
