Hotels would be required to notify the city by 2 pm every day as to how many rooms they have open. Government absolutely sucks.

Will that include Beverly hills hotel?

If you want to know the limits of other people's money politicians will spend, we haven't found it yet.

I’m all for a place for the homeless to stay but this isn’t it. It’s not the owners (corporations) responsibility to do this. Can you imagine how nasty those rooms would be? Whose gonna pay to have them cleaned up after they are used/destroyed? Ridiculous. We’ve all seen these people. It’s really pitiful but I can’t imagine they would have respect for the property.

ordinance may they enjoy the fruits it will bear - a major city whose decent hotels will all eventually shut down and move outside the grasp of this idiotic ordinance yielding a "hotel desert" in its place...

Wonder what's next - forcing restaurants to inform the city of LA how much food they have left after 6:00pm so that they will have to serve it to the homeless.

When stupid people vote for stupid representatives they get stupid governance. May the people of LA stew in the filth of their own making.
