Without Tee on the field, our passing game struggles.

After spectacular plays in the playoffs last year, Ross has had a sophomore-ish season in more ways than one.

The fact that Ohio State had NFL caliber DBs had something

to do with it, I do believe. But, even then, our OCs adjusted the game plan, and had more success in the second half.

Also didn’t help that Trevor didn’t have 1/3 of the time Fields got to enjoy in the pocket.

Urb on the Big 10 network was very complimentary of our adjustments and OC play calling

I was surprised we didn't incorporate #88 more...

but he was really needed more as a blocker.

I thought the same thing, especially several times I thought that TE crossing over the middle was open for great gains. Hope to see him incorporated more next game.

Well that’s understandable considering he’s without an doubt one of the best WRs ever at Clemson, and that’s saying something.

Also, it’s much easier to shut down one or two guys when you have a great secondary. Adding a third to the picture (especially someone the caliber of Tee) makes it nearly impossible considering we have Ross and Rogers.

Tee has had a standout season, but I am pretty sure we would take a step back with Ross off the field as well.

We could always target Amari more than twice per game and use Ngata and Ladson more since Overtime has brick hands.
