asked to put a mask on I would either leave or wear a mask, depending on the situation. Even though I believe in freedom we live in an unfree world so in order to survive you have to bend in some ways. But I made them ask me, so at least there is that.

But it isn't true. I purposefully don't go places that require masks and if I need to I just don't wear one. 99% of the time nobody says anything. If they do, I make a note of it and don't go back.
