Miami-VT play tomorrow at noon. They will be on ESPN3. No game at noon on ACC network. I don’t understand.

Because they said they were making football a priority for the network. I think they meant soccer.

Maybe they decided to stop showing bad games.

I’m especially looking forward to the round table discussion from former Duke greats praising his keen grocery shopping acumen.

I have been disappointed in the ACC Network. I realize they are trying to be "all inclusive", the problem with that is the money and viewership follows football/some basketball. When they first started, I tried to watch their flagship show with Mark Packer. I had been a Packer fan listening to him on radio, and know he is a huge football/basketball fan. I think the problem with that show was the morning time slot, and requiring them to talk ALL sports. Now, the new show is on in the afternoon, and it just seems so forced to me. Unfortunately, they need a show that can compete with the Finebaum show on the other network. They need a host that can be controversial, even hated, if necessary like Finebaum is.
This may sound crazy to some here, but I think the Walt Deptula show would be that type of show. He is controversial, but knowledgeable (maybe too knowledgeable in his own mind). If y'all don't agree with this, please tell me who you think would be a good host to compete with Finebaum. I just want the ACC channel to succeed. I don't have the Big Ten network, so I have never watched it. Do they have a good flagship show? Who is the host? I look forward to seeing the comments and suggestions here. Please don't say "that person sucks" without giving another suggestion. Thanks.

Due to open dates and no non-conference games this week, there is only 4 games worth of inventory. Two are on ACCN, our games with FSU on ABC and the Miami-VT game you reference on regional sports networks (RSN) like Bally, YES, MASN and NESN.
The ACC still has this legacy contract with RSNs which expires after the 2026-2027 academic year and predates ACCN. They contractually get one game per week, and they must get to pick last as generally it is undesirable games like Wagner at Cuse.
I believe it streams outside of the ACC footprint on ESPN3.

Thanks for the clarification. I found the game listed on Bally. I still don’t understand the ACC business model. We are tied to so many bad deals ,most notably the grant of rights, which if nothing happens won’t end until 2035. The compensation gap between the ACC and the other P5 conferences will be so large that we will truly be a second class league. My solution- get out of the ACC before they drag us down. No matter what it costs, it will cost more to stay.
