I heard Gamecock fans are worried that we might be a drain on the conference and not be able to increase the TV payout to the levels that we draw. Kinda like they do.

usuc is a non performer and them and Vanderbilt along with duke
and wake forest should be in the southern conference.

I think Clemson offers a great deal of value in the one area that really counts: TV viewers.

I would prefer to see us in the SEC, but I think the B1G would love to establish a Southeastern footprint stretching into FL.

Blocking that might have greater value to the SEC than what they'd gain by adding us otherwise.
