And you’re surprised? The only way to lose the game was let them shoot a three, And that’s exactly what you did. Foul them on the inbounds you’re guaranteed a no better than a tie with five seconds left on the clock. My 12 year old playing Xbox would do that

No coach ever fouls there. You play tight D, no fouls just like they did. It didn’t go our way.

Up 2 with 8 seconds left? Play defense and if they make a shot then hey that’s the breaks. But you certainly don’t send them to the line with a chance to tie.

In post game, Brownell just said we picked him up late, and then let him shoot a 3. In the timeout, team had been told "No 3s ." If guy gets by you, will live with the shot.
