Credit where credit is due…

48 cops killed so far this year. Congrats to Biden, BLM, ANTIFA, Maxine waters, the squad, all liberals and Dems everywhere. Your message is being heard.
The best thing about killing cops is that you don’t have to worry about riots, marches, statues, etc., and those taxpayer funds can be used for illegals, CRT, or baby harvesting.

If you take out COVID, heart attack and when they were hit by a car on accident.
Where did the 20 and 2 numbers come from?

I provided some links below, comparing 2020-2021. Let's focus on which states are seeing the biggest increase so we can get to the bottom of this.
There appears a huge uptick in total cop deaths in both Florida and GA, it could account for this year's discrepancy, or not, maybe they are getting COVID?
More importantly, Georgia is on pace for 170% more cop deaths this year, Florida is also on pace to have 220% more cop deaths. I think this is where we should be looking to figure out if there is a problem.
Oh, and GA had more total on-duty deaths than California in 2020, despite California having 4x as many people, and there were a whopping 2 total deaths were in Oregon. This undermines a lot of theories I have seen posted here.
I find all of this very informative. Thanks for not linking stats, it forced me to take a look and investigate this myself.

my bad dude, I did not have my contacts in yesterday when I read the stats,
But Interesting, COVID is more deadly to cops than their job. I find that an odd statistic considering all the jibber-jabber in here.
And anyone who runs against Desantis should definitely point out that HE is a FAILURE when it comes to cop safety. I just can't imagine how Governor Desantis is going to explain 220% more cop deaths under his watch. Who can he blame for this, the FDA, local school boards?
Somebody needs to address this with him on TV.

You mean those "leftist lenses" you have? They wouldn't have made any difference. Oh, and by the way, I would suggest that police officer deaths due to the Wuhan Flu would be higher than the general population (in the same age demographic) because about half their interactions are with those of a group with the lowest vaccination rate ... not too tough to figure out.

the numbers in other years, for contrast. You know, like 45 in 2017, 52 in 2018, 49 in 2019, or 45 in 2020.

It's not a record yet and it might not be, and it might end up looking a lot like the past four years.
Let's see if the colder months bring in all those extra deaths you're hoping for.
