31 tackles in 109 snaps .... impressive yes but snap total does no include special team plays. Tackles include special team plays... Spencer Benton probably graduated with more tackles than snaps. Lateek Townsend had a high tackle count per snap as a freshmen.. he played special teams and had few snaps.

Maybe it's because Drew played in 8 games, but did not have a reception, carry, or any offensive stat. He doesn't play special teams. Hey, he made Clemson as a walk on and I tip my hat to him. That's more than I've done, but it doesn't really generate much talk on message boards.
