on the cover, try the link below to order them directly from SI. They have them for $5 each plus shipping, but they have limited inventory. Mine arrived yesterday, no way I would pay those buttheads on eBay $30 a copy just because they went out and bought up every copy in town while I was working a real job.

Columbia and they sold out everywhere in an hour. I am guessing others have had the same problem since about 500 people have read the post.

i tried to order 4 of them the week they came out, finally got an email saying due to high demand that my order had been put on hold and hopefully they would be able to sent them in 30 days......###?
