Its been under contract a few times. My guess is they can't get insurance over there.

Years ago we thought about staying over there for a week, but figured we be bored sick. tired of each other and divorced within the first day. There's only so many times you can go see what chotchkis the marina is selling.

he was an inshore guide and so it kinda made sense.

they were a little on the hippie dippie side, so that also made sense

It's a cool spot to visit, but wouldn't want to live there full time

I sold a boat to a guy that has a place out there. Last time that boat was washed waxed or put on a trailer was when I sold it to him in 2013. Its been in the sun every day since then..its just ruined. I see it every time I ride by there.

But yeah..it'd be pretty impossible to live out there.
