Thankful people like Klatt are not part of CFP committee.

These pundits who make a living off of “hot takes” and shooting from the hip at the easiest targets have absolutely no influence once the actual CFP committee members go behind closed doors and get down to the real work of drilling down and parsing out the accomplishments and abilities of the teams contending for a spot in the final four.

In short ... what people like Klatt, and Cowherd, and Pawl, and Dinitch are immaterial to the actual determination of the CFP field

And thank goodness for that!

Here is a tip. If you would ignore them, they would not continue to say stupid things to get attention. Right now based on guys like you they know they can be provocative to get your attention which puts money in their pockets. The one thing they cannot tolerate is being ignored. Congrats for helping their cause.

He did a good job at trolling, I’ll give ya that. I appreciate guys who give real takes, Klatt was just plain dishonest in his assessment, could’ve been on purpose, but I think his troll was more along the lines of disrespectful rhetoric. He’s basically super thirsty.

I don’t work for tips, but thanks anyway ...

What I noticed about his rant, he gave zero credence to Syracuse, WF, or NC ST., basically saying we’ve played nobody. Major holes in that guys premise.
Clemson is still winning every game(may not be pretty), not giving up when down, and we have a back up that can play and give a spark, uptempo game management. We play all 60 minutes. Light years better on 3rd down conversions, TEcplay much better, two solid running backs and a really, really good defense. It’s all there. What we are missing is consistency.

Consistency is hard. That's why Clemson has ONLY won 14 straight games.

You nailed it. Winning week after week is a very thing to do no matter who you are playing.

I not arguing that we aren’t winning games, like I said this team doesn’t give up, they find a way too come through. DJU had a pretty good passing game against WF but is just not a consistently good passer, it’s thought type of things I’m talking about.
I don’t know, I just remember his first start at ND, even though we lost, he looked like everything he was advertised as. I do wanna say though, I’m definitely a supporter of DJ, we are winning and yes that’s what matters. Hey at least we know we got a very capable back up as well.
