TE targets for the 2020

Class. I know we all would love to land Arik out of GA or Darnell Washington out of Vegas, but hasn’t looked good for us with Arik in a long time from what I’ve seen so I think he is most likely out of the picture. Darnell is a little tougher to read imo, I think he likes us but I don’t know how high are chances are with him.
I’m intrested to see how Diego LaMonica out of Miami does at Dabos Camp. If he does good I think the coaches will offer him and i think if he gets that offer he will probably commit. He seems pretty talented from the little film I’ve seen but it also seems like he plays at a lower division HS bc he’s 6’ 4” and he is a lot bigger than most if not all of other players lol. Does someone know how many TE we want to take this cycle? I would think we are takin 2 TEs this class. Go Tigers!!

We haven't even offered 2 true tight ends so I doubt we're taking two. Lamonica has had little to no experience so it's a tough read of if we're going to offer him as his HS is very run heavy. With how much we've been in contact and how much interest he has shown when we offer he's ours though.

Yeah I def think if we extend that offer than he will commit, idk if it would be right on the spot but he would be a clemson lock imo. Also when you say we haven’t offered 2 True TEs your meaning that by Arik being listed as a ATH in 24/7? At first I was like what are you talking about not 2 true TEs, then I thought about it and got what you are saying. I don’t really get why 24/7 and I think ESPN have him as a ATH yet he plays TE and I haven’t seen anything about him playing another position besides TE in college.

Darnell, Arik and Braiden were all listed at "ATH" or DE, Arik and Darnell both have offers at DL and TE both are projected at TE but not impossible they play elsewhere if a team needs.
