And as a Tuition Paying Parent of a Female College Freshman at a State University, I Would Be Wholly Outraged and Disgusted if my Daughter's Institution Slapped a Silly 1/2 Game Suspension Upon ANY Student That Used a Public Venue on Campus to Shout "F Her in the P". Winston, the Student, Not a Clean First Time Offender of FSU Student Code of Conduct, if he Were Some Frat Kid in a Business Major Would Already be in a Formal Counselling Program and Very Likely Suspended a Semester at Any Self-Respecting Institution.
I Think FSU is Really Missing the Tenor of the Public Debate on Abuse of Women and Children Here and Is Eroding the Broader University Equity to Pander to Their Heisman Baby Boy. Just Like the Ravens, Vikings and NFL Got Slaughtered by the Media, By This Weekend You Will See Even ESPN Have to Jump on The Crush FSU Leadership Bandwagon, Else They Will Appear Complicit to the Raper and Degrader of Women Known as Jameis. My Money is on Jameis, Before Kick-Off, Receiving Some Higher Level University Sanction Very Soon. The University, Despite the Pleadings of Jimbo, to Save It's Own Skin From Being Lionized as the Institute That Builds Misogynists Will Have to Act. Absent the Rice and Peterson Cases FSU Gets Away With This, But in This Environment They Must Act or Have Their Collective Wagon Hitched to This Scumbag.

Good message! I am not sure what was on the news in SC but living in South Florida, I couldn't believe the interview with Jamison when he stated, ".....you can't do that here". Well wake up because you can't make those statements anywhere. After everything he's done you would think the University would cut their losses and understand he is not the person they thought he was when he was recruited. There's no way he should be allowed to stay in school. FSU Administrators need to review their priorities.

I get sick and tired of people saying "Oh give him a break he is just a college student" He is not JUST a college student.... He is an ambassador for FSU and if he doesn't like all the scrutiny that comes with it then bow out and go away. He made his decision to be a person in the lime light by accepting the scholarship playing sports as well as accepting the Heisman trophy. So for all those people who want to give him a break I guess you want to give all repeat offenders in the limelight a break also. Some people just don't have a clue...
