Take away the fumble

Nov 26, 2022, 1:50 PM

This game isn’t too close. Play turnover free ball next half and we pull away.

We set them up on our side of field for both their scores.***

Almost three.

We keep getting cute and keep trying to give the game away.

Take away the int in the end zone and the game is basically tied. See how that works?

At least Clemson forced a turnover, Mafah just dropped the ball.

Exactly. I said it earlier. If you protect the ball they can’t beat us.

Well, you see Chuck...

That's the problem. Historical data on this team indicates that we are going to turn it over 2-4 times a game. DJU is going to throw an interception and/or fumble. A running back is going to fumble (that already happened on a freaking kick return). Our best hope is to not give up points on the turnovers. We already have a pick-six on Rattler so we're actually doing ok so far. Need to keep our turnovers in the second half from resulting in touchdowns.
