synopsis from Saturday

Look no further than the coaching staff.

SC has no chance to beat us without a trick play. Our stubbordness to create a responsible person for coordinator of special teams cost the game.
Any fan there knew that SC had to execute a trick play to win, or stay in the game.
So, what do we do?
line up in a traditional 4th down and short with no deep defenders.
They execute brilliantly, --- End of the game.
Come on Dabo. Please acknowlede there are 3 facets of football: All important.
Offense, Defense, Special teams.

We did everything average in the game, and lost by 1. We're too good to have lost to them.
C'mon coach, lets get better offensive play calling: Three series with the same 1st and second play calls; 1 Hand off to Shipley: 2 Fake Shipley keeper by DJ. Too predictable.

I Wish us well in the championship game;
As a staff, please help the team with better play calls.
The players are there, please figure out ways to help them.

4th and 1 when the QB lines up behind center is NOT a special teams play.

It was there regular offense on the field trying to convert on a 4th down. Special teams involves kicking the ball.

But, what did they do?
Thats my point--they tricked us, ane we weren't prepared.

I don’t think there was any trickery involved we just didn’t have anyone playing the deep receiver. More of a busted assignment than trickery.

Agree and hope you are spot on….but it does not appear CHANGE is in our coaching staff’s vocabulary……and exactly why is change even needed when these coaches are doing everything right….not their fault but the players is there philosophy now…..put head in the sand and blame everyone but yourself!

They didn't score, we got the Int in the endzone. Was not a special teams play. Not even a trick play, that's poor coaching not having your safeties back.
