They really should not stitch Omaha onto the back of the caps until after they finally advance to a Super Regional. It’s reached the point where they are just another D1 team scrambling to make the post season.

As I have said, this did not just happen to us. Sure, we have made the NCAA tournament, because like basketball, there are too many teams in the field. We have not made it out of the regionals in years and despite the love for baseball in this state, we are not a baseball power and have not been in decades. Those kids that Miami has will be special and they will keep getting them because the state of Florida is so huge and has so many kids that can play.

the past 10 years yes. But we were one of the strongest programs in the country in the 90s and 00s.

Yeah it’s not decades, we made the national semi final in 2010, but we really haven’t done anything since then. Dormant program

Let’s make a come back Tigers, they did it one time, they can do it again. It’s hard to go into full summer from cool spring. The timing on this game in Miami was off.

We’ll bounce back into winning a series again!
