The grand jury didn't indict him with something like 8 of the accusers testifying and them hearing firsthand. That didn't require a 12-0 either, they could indict with 9, I think. But he can still be suspended based on no criminal indictment and accusations. Justice is served...on a poo poo platter.

He was certainly a bad boy but he didn’t do anything that was a felony or criminal
I think he’s been an idiot but he shouldn’t be suspended or crucified. He certainly needs to get a little counseling.
He should sue the hell out of the NFL if this is true.

Agreed. There is most likely boilerplate language across all NFL contracts mandated by the league that players can face suspensions or fines based on whatever the NFL deems as personal conduct/activities that make “the shield” look bad.

trying to demonstrate that the league's culture, as it pertains to being sensitive to violence/sexual harassment claims by women, has been or is being reformed.
If true, this is largely a PR move by the NFL.

If you had an employee accused of something we all know is wrong but not illegal would you allow this person to continue to represent your company? What about 24 times? I think we all agree that something happened. Exactly what we just don't know. People get put on administrative leave all the time pending an investigation. If the league finds he did nothing wrong he will be welcomed back. I think its best for all parties involved to sideline him while everything is figured out. Doesn't matter how special he is to us. He should be held to the same standard has us. And we would all be placed on leave for this.

If you fire someone for accusations, and that's your explicit reason, then you will be in court. And lose.
You're ASSuming he did anything "wrong". What is "wrong" in this case anyway? For example, do you think a woman who entertained DW more than once with the same activity, do you think she should be able to sue claiming he did something against her will?
Too, you do realize that doing sexual things against someone when they don't want you to is referred to as, "sexual assault", right? Sexual assault is a crime in every state of the union. Two grand juries reviewed every particle of "evidence", and found no evidence of a crime, i.e., sexual assault.
So I ask you, if he is found to have done things that are subjectively "wrong", what do you think they would be?
