State of Tiger Baseball

After 8 innings tied 4-4 with Maine. Maine lost 3 of 4 to Wisconsin-Milwaukee,giving up 39 runs in 4 games. We have made 3 errors allowing Maine to score 4 unearned runs. We also have had a runner picked off second with no outs and a runner picked off first with runners on first and third and one out. This year will be worse than last year. Will get real ugly when we play good teams. I hope I am wrong but much evidence suggests otherwise.

to keep their head in the sand.
And, don't forget getting a 2-run lead in the bottom of the 7th. Then, Maine scores 2 in the top of the 8th. And, then Clemson goes 3 up, 3 down in the bottom of 8th. It is a vicious cycle.
This is agonizing!!

If so we won't have to worry about an old washed up baseball coached making a laughing stock out of what was once a feared program that Jack has brought down ever since he has been the HC at Clemson.

Unfortunately Clemson baseball has reached even lower level than Hokie football.

Doesn't look like DRads little talk last year motivated the staff too much. If anything, Jack appears disconnected and even more aloof. I think he has hung it up folks. Reality has set in and he is playing out the string.

sure agree.. we keep making mistakes that good high school teams just do not make.. we lead the WORLD in runners picked off!! I see no improvement in those fundamentals that are vital!!
