private school that makes its own mandates and can change rules on a whim with Board of Trustee approval?

That has ZERO bearing on the private school down the street from my house. And you do realize those parents can leave that school and go to another....right? You do realize that a poor single mom in the City has no choice....right?

huh? just saying there is a school that doesn't require vaccines.

If a teacher doesn't want to comply and get vaccinated, they can attempt to find a job there. Or start their own school. Pull themselves up by their bootstraps.

All I am saying is everyone has a choice. If you don't want to comply with the vaccinate requirements of employers, then you can go somewhere else.

That's what discriminated people should do? Victimhood is only created by your mind not the institutional structures around you.

I'm semi joking, but the Venn diagram overlap between people fighting against vaccine mandates and "racism/victimhood doesn't exist" is nearly >80% but they don't often see the similarity in the issues.

I just would like some consistency in the approaches.
