Starship SN15 likely to fly today around
May 4, 2021, 9:01 AM

1:00 to 3:00 PM.
This is the starship with all the upgrades. New raptor engines and turbo pumps and newly designed flow valves. It also has slightly improved landing legs.
Good chance this is the starship that actually figures out how to land.

Sounds like it has a bunch of crap that will just tear up and end up causing a high repair bill at the dealership. I used to could work on my own SN15 when he needed maintenance, now , not so much

I need Virgin Galactic to start having successful test flights. Currently down 40% with them.

U watch the old NASA control rooms and ...there are 300 guys in white shirts and ties...all on control panels smoking cigs.
U watch space X and it looks like 6 college kids with play stations drinking redbulls.

I heard it had 4:11 Posi-trac out back, 750 double pumper, Edelbrock intake, bored over 30, 11 to 1 pop-up pistons, turbo-jet 390 horsepower. We're talkin' some ****** muscle.

That's from Dazed and Confused.
If you grew up in a small town in the South in the mid-70s to early-80s, you likely will have known people and experienced things very similar to the characters and events in that movie. That was certainly the case for me.

Yeah, Dazed and Confused hit pretty close to home for me.

I remember Girls Club hazing exactly like in that movie, sitting in a parking lot watching girls get humiliated a bit. The cruising, the field party, the lounge area at the Jr. High dance..lived it. Even the characters seemed to come directly form some of those guys I knew.

For my part of the deadpool, my bet is, it kinda corkscrews around a bit on the pad, sits there about fifteen seconds, and then explodes.
Or well, whenever the launch happens. Put me down for that one, and ten bucks, please.
