Spicy dabo

Sep 14, 2022, 8:30 AM

Don’t know about yal but I liked dabo calling guys out on defense yesterday. Unacceptable to not play without intensity. Hopefully we see a bounce back. To get you ready for this week hope you give our podcast a listen. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/tiger-brothers-podcast/id1585046002?i=1000579266199

Yes, coming out of fall camp we were hearing this offensive line had a chance of being the best this position group has been under Dabo. I guess that could still be the case, but I have a feeling the coaches thought we were a little farther along.

The D needs better effort. The offense needs confidence. Calling out a group who lacks confidence is counterproductive.

I got a feeling that offense is too fragile to do that...

unless you're good with it just completely falling apart. Not sure there are enough tough personalities on offense to take direct criticism.

In general iTs a different age. I work with alot of 20 somethings and they do not usually understand or take kindly to direct constructive criticism and also dont'understand nor accept having to work to move up through the ranks. They expect to be in the position they aspire to NOW and usually leave when they find out they're not going to get there within a years time. I just can't understand it but I do understand that if you're given everything you want growing up, its hard to accept that you won't be given everything in the real world...

sorry old man rant and I'm not that old i'm in my early 40s. But its a new way of living that I'm just baffled by.. i do think its the same obstacles these coaches are facing these days... just look at that transfer portal and how plentiful it is... these kids can't take struggle or be challenged. They usually jump ship to someone that will try to cater to them.

Enjoyed that. I couldn't understand the name of your sponsor, maybe should be in the podcast description?
