Even with his struggles at Oklahoma, I assume he'd still be an upgrade at the QB position for Clemson.

Dabo says Clemson is a developmental program. He doesn’t use the portal to find a new starter. As of right now, Streeter has his hands full trying to develop DJ, TP, CK into effective P5 QBs. He doesn’t need to add a discontented Rattler to the mix. Just my opinion.

Note: I said as of right now. If DJ and TP transfer out, then revisit the portal as a way to rebuild the QB room.

It's pretty well documented that Rattler is a big "Me" first guy. I doubt he'd fit in with what Clemson tries to do culture-wise.

Forget Caleb Williams for a minute, but have you seen how much harder the entire Oklahoma team is playing now that they are not having to deal with Rattler as their QB?
Rattler is a problem in the locker room because he is just plain and simple not interested in his teammates at all.
Please keep him far far away from Clemson.

My question to this would be why? He wouldnt play this year. DJ can always improve by next year. Klubnik is coming in next year. Can't see a reason to take him.

He's obviously better than anybody we have this season but since he wouldn't be able to play for us until next season I think we would pass.
