Always loved lamb, marinate in a little citrus, rosemary and garlic. Sear until rare to medium rare. Serve with your choice of sides!!

but I just don't like the taste of lamb. However, my wife loves it! I'll stick with the beef, pork, chicken and seafood!

it was about the only thing available to order at most of the remote places we went to. Either fish or lamb. Fantastic stuff though.
