It has been questionable on both sides.

Several officials look like they are supplimenting their Social Security checks.

The second quarter has been completely EcU 11 players vs. VaTech 15 players

I am not sure, but if standard negotiations are in place, the Refs should be from the American and replay official should be ACC.
