Sobering thought for coots

Checked the published rosters for the coot game...the results don't look good for the coots!
Clemson football team by class:
Offense; 2 Seniors, 3 Juniors, 10 sophomores, 9 Freshmen
Defense; 5 Seniors, 8 Juniors, 11 sophomores, 5 Freshmen
K/P; 2 Seniors (this is a worry for us?!?)
Coots by class (I know, should not use that word to describe anything about the coots);
Offense; 9 seniors, 9 juniors, 6 sophomores, 4 freshmen
Defense; 10 seniors, 3 juniors, 7 sophomores, 3 freshmen
K/P 1 senior
Yes, they have 11 more seniors on their team than us!

The State is behind a paywall but this is about the same thing... I quote

What's amazing is they had 20 players who actually stayed in the program for 4+ years. With a HC change, the invention of the transfer portal, opportunities to declare early for the NFL draft, and having to pass college classes to stay in school, I commend those guys who honored their commitment and stuck with their decision, even if I don't understand it.
