An invitation to March Madness!
...ok maybe too soon....
Seriously - who can shoot.
Brownell era has been good defensively but we need better offense. We need to have a couple of dudes that can create there own offense. That has been missing on some of Brownell teams.

I actually think the offense has been fine last season. It was the defense that was a big disappointment. Giving up so many points late to teams with big leads is a sign of that.
Brad said the Walt on his radio show last week that he is not going to extend the defense as much to the guard spot as last season.

I would like to see how chase hunter handles being PG. I'm told on here that it is a monumental task, so it will be nice to see how he does.
I'm interested to see our starting lineup and how the minutes are dispersed.
Lastly, I look forward to seeing josh beadle play.

Things I’m watching closely:

1. Defensive communication. 2. Freshmen. 3. Energy.
I expect to be pleased with all three. I like this team a lot.

Might get some idea the first 10 minutes. I want to see Galloway and Josh. Also interested in seeing how involved Chief will be from an offensive standpoint and physicality on defense.
We'll get a good idea on the 11th playing SCar right out the gate. Definitely a chance to be one of Brad's better teams imo.

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend Wednesday -- I will be in ATL for a work conference. Does anyone know if there is a way to watch the exhibition online? Or at least follow?

you can probably follow live stats on the CU web site... i say probably as they usually have live stats/updates on the site
https://clemsontigers.com/sports/mens-basketball/schedule/season/2022/2022-23 Note: For listing purposes, Clemson chose to progress classes as though 2020 was a normal year of eligibility. For example, players listed as redshirt freshmen in 2021 did not officially redshirt in 2020, but would have qualified for one in a normal year. Clemson will denote extra years of eligibility on the back end of players’ careers (i.e.: “Super Seniors” in 2022 listed with the “+Sr.” designation).

Was hoping it might be a radio broadcast but I don't see it listed.

Rebounding . . .

I'm not saying that'll make or break a game against Benedict, but just as a benchmark of improvement, I'll want to see better rebounding. It seems like in past years we've often been lax on aggression in this area. And when the field percentage is bad, less effort on rebounding can be a real killer.

The Brownell Bros have assured us that those teams that struggled are truly bad and why we’ll definitely finish in the upper half of the ACC this year. Does that narrative change before the season even really starts?

54-41. A huge double-digit victory over an underrated opponent. People will be camping out for tickets again. /S
