what some of you were predicting . . said everything is fine. Basically. They did stuff we weren't expecting LOL IE: we didn't practice any of that. That's horrible. At this level, you are totally surprised? And you can't run a play with the QG under center?? really??? Coaching BB, we practiced weird things that might come up, just so you have an idea what you want to do when the situation arises. And the players have an idea too. But at a top FB program . . . you're limited in what you can do at any given point or play?? Because we don't practice that?? Or don't run that . at all????? I think the USC job is calling Tony. And Dabo . be as mad with the staff as you were on the sidelines. I'm not there, maybe he is. He has shelved coaches in the past, but we've had such a good run, I hope he hasn't forgotten how to do it.

I thought it was one of the dumbest statements I have heard right up there with Saban saying we were running copycat plays.

Due to the long rain delay we had the pleasure of watching the 4th quarter with a group of Clemson alum with their families at a restaurant. Though a lot more watching and cursing than actually eating, one made an interesting comment to another: “This offense reminds me of Tommy Bowden’s at Wake Forest”.

I hope Dabo remembers that game and the ineptitude of that offense. The production, creativity and performance is very similar.

I thought you were going to say T.E. did exactly what GT wanted him to do. He saw their defense and became conservative rather than challenging them.

I'm a long time member of this board but don't post very often instead preferring to read and listen. With regards to Elliott, he's been exposed. Having generational QB talents with Watson and Lawrence hid some of the flaws and concerns. Not a knock on DJ at all but he's no Watson/Lawrence and it really exposes Elliott not having that talent.
