So sick of talking about ND game...

Dec 18, 2020, 9:57 AM

I wish the game was today ...
I’m fed up with listening to chatter from Book and Kelly ...

Done with analysis- I’m just ready to see the Tigers whip ND, and end all the talk ...

I’m just a fan ...I can only imagine how ready to play the actual team must be ...

I’ve not heard any kind of trash talk from the Tigers ... recent history tells us when our opponent has lots to say and our guys are relatively silent in response... the talking Will be done on the field ... and the opponent will not enjoy the story told at all ... I really hope that’s the case ..I’ll take a win of any kind .. but would love to see a beat down ...

Ian Book keeps going on and on ... while Trevor quietly waits (he’s lost 3 games I believe.. maybe 4 as a starter ... that includes a full high school career....two state championships and a national championship)... Book hasn’t won a single championship....Trevor doesn’t play defense obviously ... but I like those numbers...

Tomorrow afternoon can not come soon enough!!!

This one reminds me of the Championship game against Miami a few years ago. Lots of chatter from the Canes and their fans. Of course once the game started, the chatter was silenced. Hope the same thing happens this year.

Can't wait for the game either. But let's be fair to the 20+ year old, in a highly publicized interview, getting ready to compete. What's he suppose to say - "I don't like our chances this time around?" - he's trying to exude confidence for his team and be a leader.

Agreed that I prefer the humble approach that Lawrence takes, but can't blame any other player for comments, mainly when they are put on the spot in an interview.

My biggest complaint about the Irish is that the ACC saved their behinds this year - if it wasn't for the ACC, ND would not have even had a season (perhaps a handfull of games if lucky) - yet, no future committment to the ACC.

Well...he is almost 23. He could be a little more thoughtful in his answers, but at least he's not as bad as Joe Burrow was last year.

Agreed. Well said. And also I 'm sick

of the pundits and four letter network showing all the teams lined up like a soup line waiting for a "potential Clemson loss". Percentages of this and that, what-if's, fruits and nuts.
