and New York stays shut down (and Florida or Mass...). will the schools within states that are open play?

I perhaps could see NY being shut down... and Syracuse not being able to play... maybe Mass? I wonder what the ACC would do? And how would they split money? Would think all schools get their cuts...

Syracuse is a private school and may not be subject to the government of New York.

You're right.

This would have been a better year to have 4 games vs teams in the relatively unaffected Mountain Time Zone instead of the last two seasons.

They will play,or not play based on the decision of the NCAA,and the CFP Committee.
