My take is Finebaum keep up his smack talk until Clemson beats up some prime time SEC and B1G meat, then like most "experts", he'll change his perspective.

That's certainly what he's done in the past. It's not like Clemson hasn't trucked Ohio State or Alabama previously. He will always pick against us and then elicit surprise after the fact, only to pick against us again. "Beating" Paul Finebaum means nothing. He gets more viewers regardless of what happens.
