for the game last night....wanted see Trevor, ETN and Shatley in the playoff. Traffic around the stadium was a nightmare, getting in the stadium a nightmare and then there was the first quarter...my son said, dad, we must be bad luck. Well, the look on his face when ETN made his last run on 4th and 1 and the winning field goal.....PRICELESS, a memory neither of us will forget!!! Seeing those boys play again was definitely worth the trip.

Certainly a game to remember. I commend you for staying until the final play! I watched on tv but gave up on the Jags. Clemson guys have a way of winning games such as this one! Good post

OUTSTANDING!!! You always will remember the times, real quality times, you spent with yours son. Those are precious moments. I know these things. my son and I have enjoyed so many, and I wouldn't trade anything for us being together to share those times. Enjoy it while you can. And, thanks for being that kind of Dad!

Glad to hear brother, I admit the traffic is insane. I didn't get home til almost 3 and I live within an hour. I was surprised how many fans stayed after being down 27-0.
Im so glad you got to enjoy that memory with your son, he will be a jag for life. It's not easy but man what a fun team to pull for! And you started at a good time too! I was in new England for the AFC championship in 2017 and this almost makes up for it. Safe travels and go tigers/jags

Got one of the Division Champions, white towel at the game....wish there was a way to get the 3 Clemson boys to autograph it, that would top it all off!!

If you want the autographs, during camp in July they usually stay for 30 minutes or so after practice and sign stuff for the kids. Having your boy with a Clemson cap would definitely work in his favor. They make it a point to greet the fans every day, especially the youngins

a game it was!
You do know that from now on, you're going to hear nonstop ragging from that son about attending more games, the same thing I went through with mine. And regardless of the reasons, there will never be an excuse good enough to miss games! LOLOLOLOLOL....
Best wishes, Daddeo...get ready to empty the old wallet!

That is awesome! Special times for sure. Impressive that you stayed until the end and your 14 year old son hung in there too. Sounds like a special young fellow.

And....it was his first NFL game!!! He recorded the final kick on his phone....it's the kick going thru, all nice and clear....then the jumping up and down, hollering...picture quality goes to junk from his excitement. He's been forwarding it to his friends for the last two days. It was a spur of the moment decision to go....so glad we did. Hey...and thanks to you Tigernet folks for the comments, makes this old Boomer, as my kids call me, very happy!!

We did not have traffic issues. We loved the crowd. So thankful just to be playing in playoffs. Surprisingly, the vast majority of the crowd stayed and thank god they did. What a great game. Because the fans are not spoiled - they acted wonderful - was nothing but joy. Even when Trevor or the refs blew calls, the fans were still positive. While I pull for the Bucs - I am a fan of the Jags. Going tonight, but expect us to get whacked.
