resulted in either ZERO or LOST yardage. They ended the year at #10 in the country for NOT allowing lost yareverdage plays. The Tiger D had 13 against them. Best D we have have in 25 years!Maybe ever.

the teams up close and personal with the Bubba Browns,JD's,Kinards,Perry's,etc. Played basketball with many of them in Fike. They were GREAT.But,those offenses were much simpler to defend than what we see today. This defense has become at lest one of the top 3 in Clemson history, if not #1. They have been fun to watch. Once,we got the two possession lead yesterday, I felt very confident.

Had Watson been healthy and the defense not have been plagued by a player they weren't aloud to defend against Ga. Tech and others, this defense would be remembered as top 3 in Clemson history. The number of players who will play in the league or get drafted in the top 3 rounds will also help its legacy.
