Leave us in position to get in ahead of a 2 loss team from another conference. Can you imagine 12-1 Clemson vs 11-2 auburn that Clemson beat? I don't know if the committee would put two ACC teams in, but it would at least be a discussion.
The Cuse loss put is in a position where losing one more game eliminates us.

With Auburn smoking the Dogs that makes out Auburn win look REALLY strong. Top that with strength of schedule and injuries and the Cuse game pales in comparison
