I am going to miss those guys. The team is going to miss those guys. Clemson is going to miss their leadership, their drive, their passion, their humble attitude, their love for Clemson. They are Ballers in every sense of the word and true Clemson gentlemen. Happy I got to watch them play these last few years. I love those guys.

Glad we had them for an extra year to give some of our younger guys more time to be ready. We shouldn't miss a beat next year.

Skalski is a baller.
Spector is average
Turner is a liability. Our secondary has looked worst since he re-entered the lineup.
Skalski is the only one we'll miss next year. Our defense will be much more athletic in 22.

Turner misses tackles every game. Here is one of his more egregious ones.
Nolan Turner has a great story, and I understand why Clemson fans like him. However, he's not what we need at safety, not even close. There's a reason the only offer he got out of college was from UAB.

You found one of his bad plays. Neat. It happens to them all. It has a lot of good ones. We are better off with him starting than being on the bench.

On the play you keep showing their H back made a clean block on our DE. Their TE had clear shot at 12 Tyler Venables and wiped him out. Back never had to slow down running wide open. A free safety has little or no chance in that open field situation. The failure lies with the guys up front in that particular instance.

Spector lead the team in tackles last year Turner lead the team in interceptions last year. Turner is all ACC All American.

Turner was a second team ACC all American, and considering how terrible the ACC is, that's not overly impressive.
The fact is, our secondary is at its best when Turner isn't playing. Mukuba and Mickens are light-years better than him.

Mukuba plays strong safety Turner plays free safety. They are both starters.

just a really solid player...in the right place, knows the reads, etc. Just not overly athletic I guess you could say.

He is a really smart player, but just doesn't have elite speed needed. He is good, but not great. I know if he were injured and out for the year I would consider it a loss and not a positive for the D as a liability would be.

Ronnie Lott is considered by many to be the greatest safety ever. Lott did not have elite speed. Not even real good speed. Turner is sub 4.6 Faster than Lott. Lott was not considered an elite athlete. But he was an elite safety. Maybe the best ever.

USA today All American 2nd team. Lead team in interceptions. How is he a liability? That is a really dumb statement. Coaches play the best players. This is not pee wee football.
