Since it's Military App weekend - who are the vets here?

Nov 14, 2018, 4:04 PM

All the Tigernet vets should get a little recognition and I doubt all of you will make it to the game to be recognized!

What years and what branch(es) did you serve? Clemson A&M or ROTC commissions?

Thank you all for your service!

Graduated from Clemson in 1975, commissioned through ROTC.
36 years service in the Army (combined active duty and Reserves). Father retired from Army as Master Sergeant after 26 years of service. He didn't get to go to college, but was one of Clemson's biggest and truest fans. He would certainly be proud of these Tigers.

Live in Vicksburg, MS so I don't get to the games as often as I used to now. Did get to see Clemson beat Citadel last year though.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to all of those Clemson Alumni and fans who served us all. My mother's first husband, John E Muldrow, graduated from Clemson in 1937 and was a Navy pilot who was shot down in the Mariannas Islands in 1945 and officially declared MIA. He will be one of those honored Saturday.

Through my mother, he had an influence on me going to Clemson!
