You cannot change it. You could take it to court, but that’d take a long time.

The best and most realistic ways to leave are:

1) Court

2) Getting certain amount of teams together to all leave, which would tremdously lower the exit fee

3) Clemson and FSU split exit fee. It’s set at $120 million. So splitting it would be $60 million.

Paying an exit fee seems like the quickest way, but we’d lose out on hundreds of millions by not getting television revenue from ACC through 2036. It will go to court.
