Should Bama be in upset Alert?

LSU has played well recently and despite the final scores Bama is very vulnerable on offense.

I would not pick LSU as the team to turn the tide this year. The bungle tigers from fake Death Valley are off their usual winning ways, and there is still coaching turmoil there. If there is one team that can, and probably will, upset Bama, it is their most hated rival. Auburn gave us a LOT more problems from game 1 than we expected, and they now have a competent offensive workup with Pettway and White, and a formidable defense that is able to adjust to a lot of different offensive schemes. Then there is the intangible: the German who burned the oak that replaced the oak that was poisoned by the Bama lunatic. That German guy was from former East Germany, so you know what that means - he's Red. Reds are even more despised now in East Central Alabama.


(Disclaimer - I am a very proud and loyal Clemson alumna, but I was also an engineering professor at Auburn for 21 years, and I still live there, post retirement. I am not without team preference on this issue.)
