Serious Question

On Clemson's last punt with 23 seconds on the clock and Clemson downed the ball inside the Fla St 10. Does clock start running when Clemson punted it or when the punt would have been fielded?

the clock starts at the snap. Kickoffs are not timed until the catch because you could have 2 seconds left on the clock and end the game on a touchback. They had 1 or 2 seasons not long ago when they changed the rule to the clock starting at the kick and it was awful.
