Is this lot free to everyone except those that bought a pass through Iptay. I never see anyone taking up money. Not a lot of vehicles have a pass hanging on their mirror

Lay mine on the dash. The assistants aren’t SUPPOSED to allow anyone in without it.

They were letting people park there for $30 because Snow/Y beach is closed for construction. That was earlier in the season haven’t checked on it lately.

Last weekend (Lousville game), I didn't have a parking pass and they waived me in, no charge. Kinda surprised.
