Biggest key to the game tomorrow

Sep 30, 2022, 8:51 PM

In my opinion, is DJ has to protect the ball. No fumbles. No INT’s and we will find a way to win.

We need 125+ yards in total rushing and we win if our defense plays well.

this much-heralded Front Seven to do their thang. I want their QB to need surgery to remove facemask fragments from his ribs...

More than no fumbles and no interceptions …

… also …

… no bad sportsmanship penalties and no personal foul penalties. It appeared that on several occasions against WFU our Tigers were right at the edge of bad sportsmanship … and never stepped over. Good on that.

I agree! And would add, 3rd down efficiency! We are deeper than Nancy Stank - if we keep their defense on the field for a bunch of plays we wear them out. Their starters are as good as ours; but what is behind that.

-turnovers
-3rd down offense
-3rd down defense i.e. get them off the field.

This is a key but definitely not the biggest. More concerned with defense right now. Offense will score

Protect the ball. State flies all over the field and hits hard.

The key to this game is the same as it always is. Whoever wins the line of scrimmage on both sides and protects the ball will win the game. Oh and score one more point than the other guy ;) Here's to hoping we get it done. GO TIGERS!!!
